I've seen wireless providers that have some real issues with Sonicwall Verizon being one. What we've done is setup Sonicwall NetExtender, and that seems to be doing the trick.

X or X are common default subnet definitions, when a home user tries to connect to your Sonicwall with the Sonicwall VPN client it tries to contend for that route. The site-to-site always wins with a little competition. The way around this is throw away the Sonicwall VPN client and port forward into the Routing and Remote access on your windows server. I've had the problem too with Verizon. They will sometimes block certain ports, you may be able to get more information from them. With them being on strike though, that could prove to be difficult. Most Firewalls are going to see that as an illegal IP address and drop it.

I searched the forums and have attached a KB article for you. Go through it and see if anything helps. You might also try changing the mac address using these steps: Right-click on Sonicwall Virtual Adapter and select Properties. Click Configure. Click the Advanced tab. In the resulting value window, change the last 3 digits of the virtual adapter's MAC address to different hexadecimal digits.

Everything looks like it installed correclty but I noticed even when the network adapter is enabled and I generate a report from the GVC it doesn't show the network adapter as enabled. But it does exist and is enabled.

It says it can't find the device in the system interface table, but it clearly is there in the report. It is visible in both the network connections and in the device manager.
